Eating well never looked so good
I love making pizza. Aside from breakfast, pizza is easily my favorite meal. And it’s easier than you’d think. It just takes patience and practice. Over the years I’ve learned how to create my own sourdough starter, sauces, and specialty crusts. Always with plenty of cheese. Making your own pizza also means you’re using cleaner ingredients. Get yourself some salt, water, yeast, and flour, and you’ve got the beginnings of a delicious dinner.
Some say pizza is like watching improv—even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. I strongly disagree on both counts. Bad pizza means a lack of care. Anyone can stretch dough, slather on some red sauce and cheese, and toss it in the oven. And bad improv is, well, just hard to watch.
The point is, I take pride in my pizza. Just like writing. I’ve been at it a long time and my abilities only get better with age.
